In short
Pixactivity asks for no account and uses no tracking or advertising cookie. Nothing you draw or build is ever sent to a server. The only personal data the site can hold is an email address, and only if you type it into the newsletter form yourself.
Data collected
Only what you hand over. The workshops send nothing: grid drawings and brick builds stay in the browser, on the device used. If you sign up for the newsletter we keep your email address, the date, the site language and the page you signed up from.
Saved files
The save buttons (pixel art image, build file or photo) write straight into the device download folder. Those files pass through no server.
Cookies
The site sets no cookie, so no consent banner is needed. Your language and theme choices are kept in the browser local storage, on your device only.
Third parties
Pages load the Grandstander and Nunito fonts from Google Fonts, which passes the visitor IP address to Google during the download. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics: it sets no cookie, keeps no identifier and follows nobody from one site to another — only the anonymous page view is kept. Cloudflare is an American company, so this counting takes place outside the European Union. No other external service is called.
Your rights
You may ask at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. One message to team@pixactivity.com is enough, and it is done within thirty days.
Newsletter
The form is meant for adults. Your address is used only to send the free models and the workshop news, at most once a month; it is never sold and never passed on. The legal ground is your consent, given by ticking the box, and you may take it back at any time through the unsubscribe link or by writing to team@pixactivity.com. Addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, and for three years at most after that.
