What is a Pixactivity file?
It is a small .json file. It holds the finished model, the list of parts with their number, and the guide that builds it layer by layer. Open it in the workshop and the model appears, then follow the guide step by step, exactly like a paper booklet.
How to use your file

Drop the file in the box above, or straight onto a workshop page. The finished model appears at once, with nothing to install and no account.
3. Follow the guide
Press Follow the building guide: the model empties out and rebuilds step by step, with the part numbers to place. The printer button saves the whole guide as a page you can print.
Free models
These fifteen models stay free, for ever. They are built into the workshop, and each one can also be downloaded as a file with its guide.
Free pixel models
Three grids to colour in by number. Open one in the pixel workshop: every empty square shows the number of its colour, and the count tells you how far you are.
Model packs
Bigger models, with their guide and their numbered parts list. Each pack is a set of files to download once and keep.
Questions about the files
Do I need an account to use a file?
No. A file is read by your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Can I use a file on several devices?
Yes. A bought file belongs to you and its guide can be printed for the family or the classroom.
What stays free?
Both workshops, all 121 parts, and the fifteen models above. Packs only add extra models.
